Charitable objects
3.1. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PERSONS FROM CENTRAL AFRICAN FRENCH SPEAKING COUNTRIES WHO ARE SEEKING ASYLUM OR WHO ARE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS LIVING IN THE WEST MIDLANDS REGION (HEREINAFTER, THE 'BENEFICIARIES'). 3.2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THOSE PERSONS DEFINED IN OBJECT 3.1 AS BENEFICIARIES BY ANY CHARITABLE MEANS THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 3.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL ABOUT ISSUES RELATING TO REFUGEES AND THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM. 3.4. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO THOSE PERSONS DEFINED IN OBJECT 3.1 AS BENEFICIARIES BY ANY CHARITABLE MEANS THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 3.5. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS DEFINED IN OBJECT 3.1, WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
