(A) TO PRMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF THE CUMMUNITY RESIDENT IN WESTVALE AND DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE NEIGHBOURHOOD") BY ASSOCIATIONG VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINING AND RECREATION AND SOCIAL MORAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND TO FURTHER HEALTH; AND (B) TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE.
