A) THE FORMER SCHOOL PREMISES TO BE USED FOR:- 1) RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND OR OTHERWISE. 2) LECTURES OR OTHER ACTIVITIES OF AN EDUCATIONAL NATURE, 3) A VILLAGE HALL. B) THE INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION TO BE USED FOR:- A) IN THE MAINTENANCE AND INSURANCE OF THE VILLAGE HALL AND THE PAYMENT OF RATES, TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH ITS USE FOR THE AFORESAID PURPOSES AND IN OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE SAID PURPOSES.
