TO RESTORE AND MAINTAIN THE SOLE SURVIVING CLASS 502 ELECTRIC MULTIPLE UNIT - COMPRISING MBSO 28361 AND DTCO 29896 – HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE 502 2. UPON COMPLETION OF RESTORATION TO OPERATIONAL STANDARDS TO OPERATE 502 ON HERITAGE RAILWAYS 3. TO PROVIDE SAFE REASONABLE ACCESS DURING RESTORATION FOR A) VISITORS BY REQUEST B) EDUCATIONAL, RESEARCH, HISTORICAL EVALUATION AND LIKE PURPOSES C) COMMUNITY GROUPS AND SIMILAR 4. UPON COMPLETION OF RESTORATION SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE ACCESS WILL BE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH (3) SUPRA. 5. SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
