Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR OR TOWARDS 3.1 THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY PROMOTING BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, NATURE RESTORATION AND RECOVERY THROUGH THE USE OF FARMING OR DECIDUOUS WOODLAND MANAGEMENT; 3.2 THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING: (A) THE INCREASE OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF ANY MATTERS OF HISTORIC, ARTISTIC, ARCHITECTURAL, AESTHETIC OR SCIENTIFIC INTEREST; (B) THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, SILVICULTURE AND LAND AND ESTATE MANAGEMENT; (C) THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF ECOLOGY AND CONSERVATION; AND (D) THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF FLORA AND FAUNA WITHIN YORKSHIRE WITHIN THE RURAL AREAS OF NORTH YORKSHIRE
