2.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE RESTRICTED SPECIFICALLY, IN EACH CASE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC: (A) TO ADVANCE GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY COMMEMORATING THE LIFE AND WORKS OF THE LATE QUEEN ELIZABETH II AND THE COMMONWEALTH, BY THE ERECTION OF A LANDMARK WHICH PROVIDES A LASTING TRIBUTE AND BY MAINTAINING THAT LANDMARK AND SURROUNDING AREA; AND (B) TO ADVANCE THE INDUSTRIAL, ARCHAEOLOGICAL, ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE OF THE AREA OF COLD LAW, NORTHUMBERLAND.
