FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF WIDOWS, WIDOWERS ARISING FROM BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS OF A LOVED ONE WITH A FOCUS ON THOSE PEOPLE WHO MAY BE ISOLATED, VULNERABLE AND SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS, TRAINING AND INFORMATION.
