FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF RUNNING IN ENGLAND AND WALES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN RUNNING AND THROUGH THE PROVISION GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CHARITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS, DESIGNED TO ASSIST WITH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION IN RUNNING AND TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT.
