The furtherance and promotion of such exclusively charitable purposes as the Charity Trustees may in their absolute discretion from time to time determine, and in particular, but without restriction the relief of poverty among Freemasons, their families, other dependent relatives in the UK who are in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.

THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG FREEMASONS, OR THEIR FAMILIES, OR OTHER DEPENDENT RELATIVES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM; 4.2. THE RELIEF OF FREEMASONS, OR THEIR FAMILIES, OR OTHER DEPENDENT RELATIVES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE; 4.3. THE RELIEF OF THE FAMILIES OR DEPENDENT RELATIVES OF DECEASED FREEMASONS OF THE PROVINCE (IN PARTICULAR WIDOWS, CHILDREN, SIBLINGS, AND PARTNERS OF MORE THAN FIVE YEARS STANDING) WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.
