Charitable objects
4.1 THE OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) OF THE CIO ARE:
(A) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ENGLAND BY PROVIDING ITEMS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLOTHES, TOYS, AND BABY EQUIPMENT TO INFANTS AND CHILDREN; AND
(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF CARE FOR NEW-BORNS AND YOUNG CHILDREN.
