4.1 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 4.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE VISUAL AND CREATIVE ARTS AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC APPRECIATION IN THESE ARTS BY SUPPORTING THE WORK OF SELECTED ARTISTS WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH TO PRODUCE WORKS FOR THE PUBLIC TO LEARN FROM, BE ENRICHED BY, APPRECIATE AND ENJOY; 4.1.2 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF ARTISTS AND THOSE WORKING WITH AND SUPPORTING THE CREATIVE ARTS; 4.1.3 THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
