FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ANY OTHER PART OF EUROPE WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF, REFUGEES FROM OR WHO ARE DISPLACED OR OTHERWISE AFFECTED BY WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, CONFLICT, TROUBLE, CATASTROPHE OR PERSECUTION IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A. THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID, ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND OTHER HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE TO SUCH PERSONS AND ORGANISATIONS CARING FOR THEM OR OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS.
