Women in Tri UK works to remove barriers to participation in swimming, cycling, running and triathlon for adult women across the UK, particularly those from underrepresented and marginalised backgrounds. We deliver inclusive, women-only swim, bike and run activities, coaching, mentoring, research and advocacy to improve physical health, mental wellbeing and confidence.
