Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN NIGERIA. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE SAID OBJECT BOTH THE INCOME AND THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE APPLIED IN SUCH ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS AND UPON SUCH TERMS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT: 4.1 BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. 4.2 BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEARTACHE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT. 4.3 BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD
