TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN, PRINCIPALLY AGED 0 TO 16, AND PREGNANT WOMEN, IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS WITHIN THE WAKEFIELD DISTRICT AND SURROUNDING AREAS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:
A) PROVIDING ESSENTIAL CLOTHING, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER ITEMS FOR CHILDREN AGED 0 TO 16 YEARS AND PREGNANT WOMEN.
B) SUCH OTHER MEANS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES OR SIGNPOSTING TO RELEVANT INFORMATION AND OTHER ADVISORY SERVICES.
