THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG WOMEN (AGED BETWEEN 18-30) IN INDIA, PAKISTAN, NEPAL, BANGLADESH, CAMBODIA, VIETNAM, INDONESIA, THE PHILIPPINES AND OTHER DEVELOPING COUNTRIES BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDY IN A RANGE OF UNIVERSITY DEGREE COURSES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TEACHING, NURSING, MEDICINE, PHARMACY, ECONOMICS, FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, LAW AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES.
