THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF STRAY DOGS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION PARTICULARLY IN THAILAND FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING ASSESSMENT AND MEDICAL CARE TO ANIMALS IN NEED OF SUCH ATTENTION AND THE PROVISION OF MOBILE STERILISATION, VACCINATION AND TREATMENT CLINICS, TO REDUCE THE STRAY ANIMAL POPULATION AND PREVENT THE SPREAD OF RABIES AND OTHER CONTAGIOUS DISEASES.
