DSC promotes the sport of dinghy sailing by providing facilities and training at a cost that makes the sport widely accessible. It operates at Durleigh Reservoir, Bridgwater and is run by volunteers. The centre is a RYA Training Centre and a Sailability Centre. The centre also provides training in First Aid and Powerboat driving as these are required skills for those taking part in tuition.
