THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SAILING AND WINDSURFING (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, TUITION AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).
