THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED OR ARE EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC ABUSE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FREE ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, LEGAL REPRESENTATION WHEN THE BENEFICIARIES ARE UNABLE TO CLAIM LEGAL AID.
