PRINCIPALLY IN SOUTH WALES, BUT WITHOUT GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION BY: A) PROVIDING A DEDICATED AND TRAINED EMERGENCY SEARCH AND RESCUE SERVICE CONSISTING OF APPROPRIATELY TRAINED DOGS AND VOLUNTEER HANDLERS B) TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE EMERGENCY SERVICE AND VOLUNTARY RESCUE SERVICES IN THE SEARCH AND RESCUE OF MISSING PERSONS C) WORKING EFFECTIVELY WITH OTHER RESCUE SERVICES, SUCH AS THE MOUNTAIN RESCUE, POLICE, AMBULANCE, FIRE AND RESCUE AND COASTGUARD SERVICES D) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO GENERAL DOG WELFARE.
