Quadring Fen Village Hall has been derelict for circa 9 years. On 28th February 2014 the charity passed to Lincolnshire Community Foundation (1092328) under section 74 of the charities act 1993 (as amended) to be wound up. A fund devolved from the sale of the land that the derelict village hall stood on will be invested as endowment and the interest used to maintain the village playing field.
