3.1 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: 3.1.1 THE MAINTENANCE, OPERATION AND CARE OF THE ART GALLERY KNOWN AS THE WILLIAM MORRIS GALLERY IN LLOYD PARK, LONDON, AND ITS COLLECTIONS; 3.1.2 THE DISPLAY OF WORKS BY WILLIAM MORRIS (1834-1896) AT SAID GALLERY AND ELSEWHERE, TOGETHER WITH WORKS BY OTHER ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO INFLUENCED AND INSPIRED WILLIAM MORRIS AND THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN INFLUENCED AND INSPIRED BY HIM; AND 3.1.3 THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE LIFE, WORK AND LEGACY OF WILLIAM MORRIS, HIS CREATIVE INFLUENCES, PRINCIPLES AND PHILOSOPHIES, AND HIS PRACTICE, COLLABORATORS AND ARTISTIC CIRCLE, TO CELEBRATE THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO BEAUTY AND THE ENRICHMENT OF LIFE; AND 3.2 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTS ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE PROVIDED THAT SUCH PURPOSES SHALL BE OF AN EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE NATURE.
