Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME OF IT UPON TRUST FIRST TO PAY FROM IT ALL THE PROPER COSTS AND EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ADMINISTERING THE CHARITY AND THE TRUST FUND AND SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 3.8 TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS (AS DEFINED) AND IN SUCH SHARES AS MY TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
