THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, SKILLS TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT ADVICE AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SEE FIT, PRIMARILY TO MIGRANTS, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES WHO IDENTIFY AS LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, QUEER, INTERSEX OR ASEXUAL OR WHO IDENTIFY OTHERWISE THAN AS CISGENDER AND/OR HETEROSEXUAL BUT ALSO TO OTHER MIGRANTS, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES AND TO OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY AND/OR SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED OR WHO ARE FACING OTHER SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS TO FINDING EMPLOYMENT.
