Charitable objects
2.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE RESTRICTED SPECIFICALLY, IN EACH CASE ONLY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO: 2.1.1 RELIEVE PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE RESIDENT OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN A RELEVANT JURISDICTION, BUT IN PARTICULAR CITIZENS OF A RELEVANT JURISDICTION, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; 2.1.2 RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (WHETHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING THE COSTS OF MEDICAL CARE OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING BY WAY OF THE THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF TREATMENT AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH PATIENTS; 2.1.3 FURTHER THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF CHILDREN OF A RELEVANT JURISDICTION; AND 2.1.4 ASSIST PEOPLE WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS BY ADVANCING ANY LAWFUL CHARITABLE PURPOSE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTORS.
