THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY, PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN ENGLAND AND PAKISTAN BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
