THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, UNDER 25YEARS OLD, RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HAWKHURST AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
