THE CHARITY EXISTS TO FURTHER THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES: 1.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BY FUNDING INITIATIVES IN LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRIES WHICH: 1.1.1 SEEK TO BUILD RESILIENT HEALTH SYSTEMS; AND/OR 1.1.2 SEEK TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE, IN EACH CASE WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO ARE MARGINALISED BY HEALTH AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC INEQUALITIES; 1.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ON HEALTHCARE AND HEALTH SYSTEMS AROUND THE WORLD AND INEQUALITIES IN ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE IN LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRIES, AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. IN THIS ARTICLE 'LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRY' MEANS A COUNTRY WHICH IS ON THE LIST TITLED 'DAC LIST OF ODA RECIPIENTS' PUBLISHED BY THE ORGANISATION FOR ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT OR ANY SUCH SUCCESSOR LIST.
