THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO SHALL BE TO RELIEVE POVERTY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND HOMELESSNESS BY PROVIDING HOUSING, PASTORAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE NATURE, CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF POVERTY AND HOMELESSNESS.
