THE FOLLOWING OBJECT IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:- TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS APPEARING IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT BY PROVIDING HOLIDAYS AND SHORT BREAKS STRUCTURED WITH A PROGRAMME OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES WHERE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH WILL BE SHARED THROUGH THE TEACHING OF BIBLE STORIES AND THE CHRISTIAN GOSPEL MESSAGE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED AND WOULD BE UNABLE TO ATTEND. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
