THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY HALL FOR THE USE OF (IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BEMPTON AND BUCKTON VILLAGES AND SURROUNDING OR NEIGHBOURING PARISHES OR NEIGHBOURHOODS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING THE USE OF THE VILLAGE HALL AND ANY OTHER PROPERTY FOR THE TIME BEING OR FROM TIME TO TIME OWNED BY OR LEASED TO THE CHARITY FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OR SIMILAR USES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS INCLUDING ALL THOSE UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE.
