THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SONNING COMMON PARISH AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING HEALTH. IN THIS CLAUSE 3 “FACILITIES” MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.
