TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE IN THE UK, BY PROVIDING MENTORING, ADVICE, SUPPORT, AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
