FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN DNIPRO AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF WESTERN UKRAINE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, WHO ARE SUFFERING NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF ILLNESS OR INJURY CAUSED BY THE ARMED CONFLICT WITH RUSSIA, BY PROVIDING GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PARTNER ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT SUCH PERSONS.
