TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, INCLUDING PERIOD POVERTY, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND OTHERWISE DISPLACED PEOPLE AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN THE WEST MIDLANDS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING: • CLOTHING, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO MEET A BASIC STANDARD OF LIVING; • MENSTRUAL AND FEMININE HYGIENE SUPPLIES AND ESSENTIAL EDUCATION ON MENSTRUATION, PERIOD PROTECTION AND PERIOD HEALTH. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, PERIOD POVERTY REFERS TO THE INABILITY TO AFFORD OR HAVE ACCESS TO ESSENTIAL MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS.
