THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH BY: (A) PROVIDING A SAFE PLACE FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 18-30 WHO ARE LINKED TO OR WHO ARE PRESENT IN THE NIGHT-SCENE; (B) PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE, SUPPORT; (C) PROVIDING CHRISTIAN GUIDANCE OR COUNSELLING OR MAKING ONWARDS REFERRALS TO PROFESSIONAL COUNSELLING. 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ARTS THROUGH: (A) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN AND LEARN ABOUT THE PRODUCTION OF THE PERFORMING ARTS; (B) THE PUBLIC DISPLAY OF THE CREATIVE AND PERFORMING ARTS 3.
