IF AT ANY TIME THERE ARE NO HOLDERS OF UNITS IN THE SCHEME, THE SCHEME SHALL HAVE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MANAGER AND TRUSTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
