TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ADVANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THOSE WHO HAVE DIED IN WARS OR CARRIED OUT OTHER HAZARDOUS DUTIES ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, EMERGENCY SERVICES AND ARMED FORCES, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LARGE OUTDOOR COMMEMORATIVE ART INSTALLATIONS WHERE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC CAN REFLECT ON THE DEDICATION, SERVICE, AND SACRIFICE OF SUCH INDIVIDUALS, AND HONOUR AND COMMEMORATE THE BRAVERY OF MILITARY AND CIVILIAN PERSONNEL INVOLVED IN CONFLICTS, PAST AND PRESENT.
