TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TL DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY GROW TO FULLMATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
