TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LEAKE AND THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD(HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL,RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
