Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (A) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL HALL FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OPINIONS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: (I) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND (II) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, (B) WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. (C) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN OAK OR OTHER TABLET IN THE MEMORIAL HALL, RECORDING THE NAMES OF THOSE PERSONS IN PARTICULAR WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR AND SECOND WORLD WAR. (D) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND. (2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE COMMITTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
