3) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING GRANTS AND INFORMATION TO:
3.1) VULNERABLE AND DISADVANTAGED PERSONS, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS, TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND REPUTABLE COURSES OR PROJECTS;
3.2) ORGANISATIONS WHO PROVIDE REPUTABLE COURSES OR PROJECTS SUITABLE FOR ATTENDANCE BY BENEFICIARIES OF MOIRA BRADLAY FOUNDATION DESCRIBED IN 1 ABOVE.
