TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF NON-RECENT SURVIVORS/VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND/OR DOMESTIC ABUSE AND THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: • FACILITATING PEER SUPPORT; • SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES; • PROMOTING RESEARCH IN ALL ASPECTS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND DOMESTIC ABUSE AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH; AND • PROVIDING CONSULTATION SERVICES TO PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATIONS WHO WORK WITH SURVIVORS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
