Activities - how the charity spends its money
To help the conservation and preservation of the wild European Hedgehog (Erinaceus europaeus) by providing rescue, care and rehabilitation for sick, injured or orphaned hedgehogs, with the aim of releasing them back to the wild. We also aims to educate the public by offering talks to various groups.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO HELP THE CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE WILD HEDGEHOG SPECIES BY PROVIDING A FREE OF CHARGE RESCUE, CARE AND REHABILITATION SERVICE FOR SICK, INJURED AND ORPHANED HEDGEHOGS WITH THE AIM OF RELEASE BACK INTO THE WILD WHEREVER POSSIBLE. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC CONCERNING HEDGEHOG WELFARE AND CONSERVATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE DESIGNED TO INCREASE THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF HEDGEHOGS IN THEIR NATURAL HABITATS WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE SURVIVAL RATE OF THE SPECIES.
