TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 13 TO 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE USE OF A MOBILE APP TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW TO ACCESS HELP AND SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH, SPORT, RECREATION AND THE ARTS AS AN EARLY INTERVENTION / HARM PREVENTION INITIATIVE. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
