Charitable objects
3.1 TO ADVANCE AND PROMOTE EDUCATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE ROYAL LIBERTY SCHOOL, HAVERING, AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO): (A) MAKE PAYMENTS BY WAY OF GRANT, BURSARY OR LOAN TO PAST OR PRESENT PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL TO ASSIST THEM IN FURTHERING THEIR EDUCATION (B) ESTABLISHING SCHOLORSHIPS, AWARDS OR OTHER PRIZES FOR THE PROMOTION OF ACADEMIC, SPORTING, EXTRACURRICULAR OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL MERIT AMONG PAST OR PRESENT PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL; (C) MAKING PAYMENTS TO OR ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL TO ASSIST IN FURTHERING THE SCHOOL'S ACADEMIC, SPORTING, EXTRACURRICULAR OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES; AND (D) SUCH OTHER LAWFUL ACTIVITIES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME FURTHER THE ABOVE OBJECTS; IN ALL CASES PROVIDED THAT NO PAYMENTS SHALL BE MADE TO FUND ITEMS WHOSE FUNDING IS THE PROPER RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RELEVANT LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDING BODY. 3.2 IN THE EVENT THAT THE SCHOOL SHOULD CEASE TO EXIST, OR THE OBJECTS IN SUB CLAUSE 3.1 ABOVE SHOULD BECOME OTHERWISE INCAPABLE OF FULFILMENT, THEN THE OBJECTS SHALL BE EXTENDED TO INCLUDE ADVANCING AND PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE YOUTH OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING, AND ALL REFERNCES IN SUB-CLAUSE 3.1 ABOVE SHALL BE READ AS INCLUDING ALL SCHOOLS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING. 3.3 IN THE EVENT THAT THE OBJECTS IN SUB CLAUSES 3.1 AND 3.2 ABOVE SHALL BECOME INCAPABLE OF FULFILMENT, THE CHARITABLE TRUST CREATED BY THIS DEED SHALL BE DISSOLVED AND THE REMAINING TRUST ASSETS DISTRIBUTED TO ONE OR MORE OTHER CHARITIES WHOSE OBJECTS SHALL INCLUDE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
