Pink Dynasty empowers marginalised women in deprived areas with personalised resources and mentorship. We collaborate with local partners and volunteers to provide bespoke programmes that have a significant and lasting impact on our beneficiaries. Our goal is to advance gender equality, equity, and inclusivity for all women in the UK.

TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG WOMEN FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS AND BAME BACKGROUNDS, PRIMARILY THROUGH: A) EMPOWERING, PREPARING AND SUPPORTING SUCH WOMEN WITH THEIR TRANSITION FROM HIGHER EDUCATION INTO EMPLOYMENT THROUGH MENTORING AND PERSONALISED ADVICE; B) PROVIDING A RESOURCE CENTRE, SUPPORT AND PROGRAMMES TO IMPROVE CONFIDENCE AND LIFE SKILLS.’ 2. THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG WOMEN FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS AND BAME BACKGROUNDS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
