Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ("THE OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND NEPAL. (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING THE SUBJECTS OF READING, WRITING, ARITHMETIC AND COMPUTER AND INTERNET LITERACY VIA CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING IN THIS FIELD. (B) THE PREVENTION OF RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THOSE IN NEED DUE TO POVERTY, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR NATIONALITY, RACE, ETHNIC ORIGIN, GENDER AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. (C) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH GENERALLY, AND IN PARTICULAR AMONGST THOSE AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTERS, ESPECIALLY AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING IN NEPAL, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
