TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE DENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE REFERRED TO THE COMMUNITY DENTAL SERVICES IN WALES BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF INCENTIVES FOR THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO UNDERTAKE DENTAL TREATMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE PROVISION OF SMALL LEGO MINI-BUILDS THAT ARE AWARDED TO THOSE WHO COMPLETE THEIR DENTAL TREATMENT.
